AI and Automation
Invoyce uses OpenAI’s API to power certain AI-driven features, including invoice creation, client organization, and automated assistance.
Before any personal data is transmitted to OpenAI, the app will request your explicit consent. You may revoke this consent at any time in Settings > Privacy & Data, which will disable AI functionality.
AI-generated outputs are based solely on the information you provide and may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before sending invoices, communications, or relying on it for business decisions.
OpenAI processes submitted data solely for the purpose of generating responses and does not use API-submitted data to train its models.
Client and Financial Data
SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and Mobile Messaging
Invoyce includes SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and other mobile messaging features that let account users send operational notices, job dispatches, scheduling information, and work updates to customers, team members, and field crews.
Your responsibility for consent
If you add or upload a phone number, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use it and have provided all notices and obtained all consents, permissions, and authorizations required by applicable law—including prior express consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) when it applies. This includes phone numbers belonging to employees, contractors, customers, and other recipients. You are responsible for keeping appropriate consent records, using messaging features only for lawful purposes, and promptly honoring requests to stop messaging.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on account activity, job assignments, dispatch settings, and how account users use the Service. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient’s mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
For SMS or MMS messages, recipients may reply STOP—or use another reasonable method that clearly communicates a request to stop—to withdraw consent. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out. No further messages covered by that opt-out will be sent unless the recipient later provides consent again. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact info@invoyce.ai. For WhatsApp or another messaging service, recipients may use the opt-out or blocking tools available through that service or contact us directly.
Delivery
Mobile messages may be delayed, filtered, or not delivered. Wireless carriers—including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others—and messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Invoyce does not guarantee message delivery or availability.
